Huōn - Sound, Consciousness, Presence
For over 15 years, I have been moving in the world of digital media – as a producer, developer, and sound researcher. My path led me through intensive studies: a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media, a Master of Arts in Time-Based Media – Sound/Vision, complemented by solid training in Sound Engineering.
During this time, I developed my own sound software, created VST plugins, and delved deeply into sound synthesis, audiovisual design, and media art practices – down to the tiniest sample, into the deepest layers of digital sound processing.
What always drove me was an inner longing: the search for the healing power in music. I wanted to know whether healing could be shaped digitally – whether technology could be a vessel for depth and transformation.

A moment of remembrance. A look within.
And yet, a moment came when something changed. A silent awakening – more a remembering than a realization. I felt that true sound does not come from the speaker. That the essence does not lie in the bits and bytes of technology, but in another layer – finer, quieter, more alive.
I discovered in myself a long-hidden ability: the subtle sensing of vibrations behind the words, the hearing of what is not said, the seeing between the lines. For a long time, I had hidden behind screens and lines of code – searching for perfection and control. But beneath it all lay something deeper: presence. Perception. Intuition.
Reading the writings of Hazrat Inayat Khan made me aware of many things for which I had previously had no words. His teaching of music as an expression of divine harmony struck me deeply. I felt: this is my teacher. His words gave form and depth to what had long been alive within me.
The more I read, the more this teaching became a part of me. It felt as if I had not only been educated – but remembered. Something original. The texts touched not only my mind but my core being. And with this remembrance came the calling to realign my work: to open spaces in which others can hear themselves again. What I have learned and developed over the years now merges with what has grown within me – into a new form of presence.
From this, Huōn emerged: a space where technology and depth meet – carried by the call of remembrance and the silent sound of Hu, the divine origin of all being.
I see life as a field of vibration – and the human being as an instrument. Body, mind, and soul are its strings. When they are out of tune, we lose our strength, our clarity, our connection.
I accompany people in tuning themselves again. Coming into resonance – with themselves, with their creativity, with life. With awake presence and a fine sense for what truly matters. I hold space. I hear what is not said. I follow what wants to emerge.

The teaching of Hazrat Inayat Khan helps me structure this work. I distinguish three levels of harmony:
- eternal harmony – the quiet, untouched field underlying all things
- universal harmony – the interplay of all rhythms, forces, and cycles
- individual harmony – the fine attunement of body, mind, and soul
Especially on this individual level, we encounter an inner tension that Hazrat Inayat Khan describes as the "hidden cause of all tragedies": “The original nature of the soul is peace, and its essence is joy – both acting against each other.”
The soul comes from silence – and at the same time longs for experience. Both belong to it. But without balance, this tension becomes a burden.
This dynamic – between joy and peace, activity and retreat – is also reflected in our body: in the interaction of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems, of tension and relaxation. The key lies in rhythm. A healthy alternation between these poles is the foundation of physical, emotional, and mental balance.
Breath reminds us of this. Inhaling means taking in strength, exhaling means letting go. Breath is pure life – it connects inside and outside, body and soul, doing and being. It flows into everything I create with Huōn: music, conversation, silence, experience.
From this attitude, a diverse offering has emerged. With Huōn, I create spaces in which the natural movement of life may unfold – in the alternation of activity and stillness, expression and retreat.
In my modern music, I explore vitality, creative freedom, and the play with sound. In relaxation music, I open spaces for retreat, presence, and healing depth. These qualities also flow into my consultations, workshops, sound formats, texts, newsletters, and courses.
This creates a living rhythm that does not separate but connects – carried by the question:
