What Are Binaural Beats?
Binaural beats are perceived as pulsating tones in a certain rhythm. They consist of two pure tones with slightly different pitches, each played into one ear.
When listening with headphones, the brain creates the illusion of a new frequency corresponding to the pitch difference between the two tones.
Within minutes, the brainwaves adapt to this frequency – the desired effect unfolds depending on the frequency difference.
What Are Isochronic Tones & Monaural Beats?
Isochronic tones are monaural signals with similar effects to binaural beats.
The difference: they can be played over speakers – without headphones – offering more flexibility.
